MEGA BLOGGING MARATHON -SEPT 2017 #80TH BLOGGING MARATHON THEME: PROTEIN RICH DISHES DAY:20    Do you ever feel that you don't want to socialize at all? I don't mean the internet or media kind of socializing but actually going out there and meeting people? Do you feel going out when you know you're going to meet a certain group of people that you're comfortable with rather than one that you're not comfortable with? Confused??? MEGA BLOGGING MARATHON -SEPT 2017 #80TH BLOGGING MARATHON THEME: PROTEIN RICH DISHES DAY:7    During our last few days in Montreal, hubby and son were wondering how come I'm not taking up their offer to dine out. None of these questions I can answer positively. 'So lets stick to Mombasa and us...

After the initial excitement sort of ebbed a bit, the first thing I decided to do was to get the correct addresses of the guests to be invited. In this day and age of  facebook, emails, whatsapp, twitter and super fast phone calls, most of us do not have correct physical addresses. Then came the issue of where the wedding will take place and what sort of ceremony will be performed as my daughter in law is french. Dubai to Mombasa and finally Chevreuse in France was decided. The task of organizing a wedding in France from Mombasa appeared taunting but became an easy team work between the two set of parents. My daughter in law's parents came down to Mombasa to meet us and to set the ball rolling for preparing a wedding where both the french and indian culture would be taken care of. The ne...
