Happy Valentine's Day     To love someone deeply gives you strength and to be loved deeply by someone gives you courage.     This is so true.Its my hubby's love that gives me courage to do want I want. Loving him gives me the strength to overcome any difficulties. My hubby has never been the flowers, chocolates, teddy bear type of person. Happy Diwali Wishing all my friends and family a very Happy Diwali.               Time is just flying by so fast. Its already Diwali but this time round my kitchen is not busy. Easy to make     This is my second scone recipe. I don't know why I don't make them often enough. Maybe just the mental block that they are difficult to make. Trust me they are not. There are two reasons I came up with recipe. Firstly, my partner for Shhh Cooking Secretly, Jolly who has a wonderful blog Homemade Recipes  gave me the ingredients condensed milk and plain flour(maida, all purpose flour) for our July theme#MonsoonTreats. Road frustration   Every person driving a car, matatu (local transport mini vans), rickshaw,lorry or riding a bike or scooter or motor cycle thinks that they own the road. Every person thinks that he/she has to get to their destination in a jiffy. Every person thinks that others waiting in the queue in a traffic are either stupid or foolish or not smart. The result is road hogs are born and the bigger the vehicle the more menacing they are. They manage to drive off smaller vehicles off the road. Rickshaws or tuk tuks (as they are called here) drivers steer in and out of lanes not worried about causing jams, scrapping other vehicles or causing one to brake suddenly. Their attitude is "you dare even touch and see the consquences". They know that the bigger will be blamed. Matatu drivers literally think they are the kings of the road and the rest are cockroaches.
